These people were phenomenal. I've never walked into a motel/hotel office to rent a room and in the process found myself really moved by the clerk at the desk during the whole 5 minute check in, i.d., and paperwork ordeal. I wud have to say that in under 5 minutes before that but was over, I was telling the clerk how likable and personable (fun) his personality was. I thought it was great. He had super dry witty and unexpected humor about him that just made you feel good. He was the first person I that connected in a business yet acquaintance manner that was fun. It made you feel welcomed and unjudged. No sense of pressure which one always kinds of feels after checking in to a motel these days. He made everyone feel welcomed. He want a stuck in the mud. I will forever make this my first choice and stop wen in need of a room any time. And the prices are the best and lowest ones(affordable and fair on both sides) that I've received in the 5 times (5 different motels) that I've stayed in while in globe in the last year.. and the way they treated me wen I needed sum thing was awesome cuz I managed to fracture or sprain my ankle within an hour after check in wen I took a walk across the street.I was gone about 5 minutes and had to return but they have me sum ice for my swollen ankle and a bag to put it in wen I asked for that too. They know why i wanted Ice and didn't ask, but I told them and they were all to eager to take care of that request. Yet I didn't see any Ice machines i received a bucket of ice. Just had to ask. Professionally And Politely.. it seemed as if all the people of employ working at that time had two different jobs titles they were working as. They were customer service reps, clerks, office workers, yet as soon as a guest attended to (always promptly up arrival) they wud walk toward a different but nearby location and fulfill the duties of a completely different type of job title. Clerk turned into a carpenter remodeling laborer (but supervisored over the whole motel program at the same time) then back to clerk and reception etc. They weren't knocking and calling your room every couple hours trying to keep tabs on you and your business while you were a guest. U checked in, u checked our, no pestering or knocking to remind you wen check out was. People actually know wen they are supposed to check out of their rented room. And they left you to honor that in your own, instead of treating you like a child or irresponsible person that wasnt gonna check out in time so knocked 3 times in the last hour leading up to that time. (Which is insulting and annoying and can put sum people that allow it too, add a bit of foul to the rest of their day.).
The manager was nice, my room smelled like a cigarette butt. I asked for a refund and he obliged without hesitation.
Rooms are nicely renovated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay especially since we could have our fur baby with us. Owner very nice. We would recommend this motel.
Wish i could figure out how to report Federico Celaya. You as a business owner have that option . He rated your business and almost every business that i checked on in the Miami -- Globe area,maybe all over the USA .He has rated apx 16,000 ratings with no reviews and ALL say 2 months ago and ALL are 5 stars. He is trying to earn points on google maps.Now i cannot find the rating .
They were comfortable relaxed and personable and I found that for the first I wanted to follow the rules to not smoke in the room as they wished(like I've always done against motel clerks efforts to point out 2 or more times while checking in that it's a not smoking room and 1 more time as you walk out the door toward your room). I smoked every cig outside and I didn't throw one Butte on the ground. I respected them and they're warm welcome kindness that much that easily. And the rooms have been remodeled and are clean and spacious and nicely done. I cudnt complain honestly. They are in the process of having the roofing redone by one of the more higher or highest bidders around so thats great for them and future renters even though I saw no problem with the roofing myself. 10 stars for sure. Job well done. Professionalism and great people skills. Or maybe they really are just friendly humorous folks. Thank you. I at ease and that's what I was seeking. Among the huge favor they did for us when we checked in which was most helpful and good business. But I won't say what that favor was too be professional back to them. Cuz that's between them and us. Perfectly legit of course. But not public knowledge cuz they can't do that for everyone. Thank you. Room 21
