Wonderful staff goes out of the way with true customer service. I hurt my knee and the wonderful lady at desk even got me a bag of ice. She even helped me with my luggage. Great place!!
The place was clean and well taken care of. The room we stayed in was clean. The bathroom was a little bit small, because you had to almost get into the tub to close the bathroom door so you could use the toilet. The breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety of items. The staff we meet at the hotel was friendly and helpful. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that did not have USB ports to charge your electronics. We enjoyed our stay there and would book the hotel again.
This place was awesome! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, breakfast woman Mary was so nice. The woman at the front desk was able to help us plan our trip to the Salt River Canyon and gave us future places to go to. We stopped in a Simply Sarahs, it was really neat store. We ate an amazing two meals at Chalo’s and had ice cream at Noel’s. We went to Maimi, which had some Antique stores.
This hotel was spectacular in every category. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and polite. My family were riding bicycles from San Diego to St. Augustine. This hotel was like an oasis. The front desk clerk recommended a couple of restaurants that would be vegetarian friendly (harder to find than we anticipated). All together a very positive experience.
The rooms are wonderful. Comfy beds. Clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was yummy for sure. It was a very relaxing pleasant stay. We love the Best Western Globe ,Az
