I do like their fish sandwich, close to the motel that we stayed at. And it's nice to see companies giving veteran discounts.
This was my first experience at a Carl's Jr, although, having grown up in Michigan, I'm very familiar with Hardee's.
Needs some work. Staff was young and didn't seem to know the basics. Had a new hire working the drive through but I'm not sure that guy ever went through training. I literally waited 38 minutes for my order. Came inside while I waited, had to ask the drive through guy for my drinks. He proceeded to hand me empty cups did I can get them, while he leaned on the counter sand told another worker he was tired and ready to go. I usually stay away from fast food, but this stop was on the way home to Phoenix and children needed too eat. My hopes by leaving this review is to bring some attrntion to their training staff. Not sure what happened in the kitchen to cause such a backup, but we ordered at 2:12pm and finally got our food at 2:50 I almost asked for a refund and left, but i was worried the staff might not be able to fulfill that request. Anyhow, that is that, even out the experience was 5 star, I still wouldn't be back so no loss either way. Good luck.

Good service and big burgers. As far as Carl's Jr go, this is a good location.
This place has good food and friendly staff, and doesn't usually seem to be very busy, even during lunch hour. I was there twice and don't have any complaints.
