If you want your loved one to be ignored and become even more ill than when they came in then this is the place for you. I would not let these people care for my animals much less a human. Nursing ratio is 30 patients to one nurse and the CNAs by and large rather sit around the nursing station and play on the computers and chat. Run from this place - it is the worst of the worst.
