Bryan was extremely patient with helping me to select an item that was well within our budget as well as assuring me that the item would be delivered in time for a memorial service the next day (local delivery). Excellent customer service!
Today without notice or expectation my wife received a beautiful arrangement of flowers and another box of chocolates from Rainbow flowers. A nice card was attached stating they were sorry about the candy being melted.
Sorry to say I am very disappointed in the service of this place. I ordered flowers for my Father's funeral (a lot of flowers) a week before his funeral and they arrived late. I feel there is no excuse for a late delivery when it is someones funeral. The flowers had to be placed while the funeral was taking place totally distracting away from the person speaking. Not cool at all !
You ladies are fantastic! Besides my wonderful husband, you all brought smiles to my face every day for a week! I love the original containers, too!

I just wanted to take the time to say thanks for the awesome service Rainbow flowers has always provided my family. I recently had ordered flowers for my wife, just one of those just because days. The perfect group of flowers with a box of chocolates arrived on time to my lovely wife at the Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. The ladies in the area thought the flowers were so beautiful, and they were. My wife brought the box of chocolates home that evening to share with me. later we opened the chocolates to find they were melted.
I contacted Rainbow flowers to let them know of the possible problem, I thought that possible the delivery person had too man deliveries and that the chocolates had been subjected to the heat and melted. I was informed by the person on the phone that she had personally delivered the flowers to my wife and it was her only delivery that morning. I suggested that she inspect her chocolate shipment if she still had some at the store. I requested no refund, I just wanted to let them know they may possibly have an issue.
This is really a great place, they offer a lot of things in here, from romantic to funerals. They have a great arranger in here so that is not a a surprise at all.
