Took our rhino in for them to asses the problem of why it kept dying when the key was turn from start to run, we told them we suspected the ignition switch but beings that my husband is deaf and I know nothing about mechanical work we decided to take it to the ""pro's"", we wound up getting the run around from these people for almost 6 months, when we would ask about the progress or diagnosis we got many different answers ranging from they hadn't figured out the problem or they were waiting for parts, on one occasion my husband stopped in they told him they were waiting for parts to be delivered that night! Well 6 months of rotting in the sun completely torn apart we got our rhino back still not running!!! And we were told they don't have the money for parts we would have to drive over an hour away and buy them, then bring them in and pay them $75/hr to install. Needless to say we opted out of that but our rhino is destroyed.Our seats are rotted, our steering wheel separated from the intense heat, our decals are peeling off, the $900 seat we had installed in the back for our children when we bought brand new, is now full of holes from them storing things on it and cracks from the sun. All the wires are ripped out of the fuse box, the wires running to the fuel pump have been stripped and left, tail light wiring harness pulled down in the back, bolts missing to install the cover over the fuel pump and much more.I called the owner Joey and he said he had no idea what I was taking about and as a ""Christian"" man was going to come to our house and make this right, needless to say he never showed up, wont answer calls, nothing!! My brother returned from working in CA and confirmed what we originally stated to this "shop of pro's" it was the ignition switch $43.95 on eBay and our rhino is running, albeit it looks like garbage now, we took in our 20k rhino and got back a 2k rhino,if we're lucky, do yourself a favor and DONT USE THIS SHOP!!

We had a bad breakdown with our bikes in the middle of snow a few miles out of Globe. Luckily we were close to Eagle Eye Custom Cycle and made contact with Joey. Joey took us in with open arms, he immediately made space in his workshop for us. With his calm and friendly attitude he helped us fix our oldtimers so we can continue our journey around the world and keep learning how amazing and helpful people can be in every continent!
