Recently, I referred one of my clients to Enterprise in Globe. The women in this office were very attentive to my clients special needs. I was thrilled to find out how well this worked out. Kudos to Jennifer and Nora!
Out of the five times I have needed to rent a car I have had to make other arrangements all five times. This office is closed on the weekend therefore if you need a car on a Friday for one day only you have to pay for the whole weekend. That is unacceptable and I will not pay for 3 days when I only need it for 1.
Horrible customer service. We had an emergency, our car broke down on the side of the freeway. We got a tow and needed a rental car. This is the only car rental place in Globe. We were told by 2 locals that Elizabeth is a horrible person. They weren't wrong. We had a 4 year old and a 6 month old with us. Instead of realizing that we had an emergency and desperately needed a car and helping us. Elizabeth told my husband that she couldn't help us until 5pm (it was noon) we were forced to sit at a near by Taco Bell and wait. 5 o'clock came around and we finally got a call letting us know she could give us a car. She told us we needed a copy of our utility bill to rent a car since we wanted to pay with a debit card. She also charged us an extra $100 to return the car in Phoenix where we live. I will do everything in my power to never do business with enterprise again and hope to never have another encounter with Elizabeth.
